Bulk neodymium magnets for project purchasing

Organize multiple parts, sample requirements and repeat or split deliveries in one inquiry. Product availability and order terms are confirmed for the proposed supply.

One specification or several part numbers?

For a single part, identify the drawing revision and order quantity. For several parts, keep a separate line for each specification. A combined total such as “10,000 magnets” cannot establish the mix, unit price or packing requirements.

Choose a product shape

Keep every order line identifiable

Use your own part references and revision-controlled drawings. The structure below is a planning example, not a stock list or an accepted order.

Connect samples, releases and repeat orders

These are purchasing decisions to agree for the proposed supply.

Sample to order

Identify the sample and the checks used to approve it. Tie the order to the same drawing and agreed requirements. Record exceptions so a sample approval does not leave the batch specification ambiguous.

Define sample acceptance

Split deliveries

Separate the total planned quantity from each requested release. Confirm scheduling, packing, freight and whether any stock is actually reserved. A forecast by itself is not a delivery commitment.

Packing and labels

Discuss part separation, polarity identification, package quantities and receiving labels. For mixed parts, make the contents identifiable without relying on appearance alone.

Repeat orders and changes

Refer to the accepted part revision when reordering. Flag changes to dimensions, material, finish, polarity or acceptance tests; identify whether new samples or an updated quotation are needed.

Commercial terms belong to the specific proposal.

Nike Industrial Trading handles the discussion of product specifications and purchase requirements. Confirm available supply, minimum quantity, sample arrangements, payment and delivery conditions in the quotation for your order.

For quantity comparisons, keep the specification fixed and compare one-time charges and shipment scope as well as unit prices.

Compare quotation scope

Before releasing an order

  • Match every line to the correct drawing revision and quantity.
  • Identify accepted samples, checks and any deviations.
  • Confirm price basis, validity, payment and included charges.
  • Agree release dates, packing, destination and change handling.
